Mel knew from a young age she wanted to sing and perform which saw her attend the Hadley Theatre Company in Christchurch after leaving school.

It wasn’t long before she popped up on Aaron’s radar and she joined popular covers band the Fab 3 and then began working regularly for enthuse on gala nights, conferences and team building events throughout NZ.

Working closely with Aaron Mel toured New Zealand as part of an Abba show, was a member of the Children’s band the Wobbles  that hit no.1 in the New Zealand charts in 2005 with a cover of Snoppy’s Christmas and has acted and performed with Aaron in various shows including The Illusionist.

She is one of the foundation actors in Christchurch’s Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre and is also playing the role of a Russian scientist in the locally produced comedy series Don’t Be Frank.

Mel is a talented events and entertainment all rounder. She has an amazing voice, loves getting into character as a Singing Waiter, a bond girl, Mrs Claus, a Hollywood red carpet paparazzi reporter or anything else John throws at her, totally embracing her role and just then loving seeing our clients enjoy themselves.
