Was literally a ‘pretty cool’ project… code name ‘Project Enterprise’
All was revealed in February 2023
As part of Cookie Time’s 40th celebrations the company had something NEW in the FREEZER – New Zealand’s favourite Cookie hug

Privileged to work as Special Project Lead on a “top secret” brand-new product that was three years in the making for Cookie Time, The Cookie ice cream Sandwich. Involved communications, researching frozen cold chain & transport logistics and vehicles, researching and ordering freezer technology and analysing frozen consumer novelty products.
Cookie Time has a pretty special culture, and being involved in this project was incredibly rewarding as I was exposed to so many changing and different elements of the business and the project.
So good to see the work I completed adding to a successful launch.
