Team Building – Mini Olympics with mhp

property & asset management company mhp and their associate company Mitchell MacKersy Lawyers wanted an engaging and motivating afternoon and evening for its staff from throughout New Zealand bought together to celebrate Christmas. 

A key part of the breif was that the event combined two different companys with many not knowing each other so mingling and mixing and getting to know each other in an ‘out of office’ experience was key.

enthuse combined our motivating personal brand workshop ‘Your are your Brand’ with our Mini Olympics team building afternoon at Peppers Clearwater in Christchurch followed by an evening awards function in the central city.

It was a good mix of helping the team see things differently and it brought some energy, inspiration and bonding into their culture combined with fun and enjoyment.

There was lots to consider and reflect on in the brand workshop and staff got right into the Olympic sporting theme with a great variety of costumes and even country accents on display.

It was a fantasic afternoon of fun activities complete with an opening ceremony with images and video from the day shown at the evening prize giving function.

Feedback:
We worked with John and his team for our end of year Christmas function which included a full day and night of team building, motivational speaking and entertainment. It becomes apparent when you meet John that he is extremely passionate about entertaining and he is all about creating fun and memorable events. John started our day with a motivational presentation which got our team excited and prepped for the rest of the day. We then took part in a Mini Olympics event which was well coordinated and a tonne of fun! Finally our day was topped off with an awards ceremony and video presentation hosted by John and Mel, which provided a fantastic end to a very memorable day. We received excellent feedback from everyone who took part on the day and I would highly recommend John and his team at enthuse to coordinate and host your next event.
